Z Screen is going green!

With high fines surrounding uncontained dust control, R&D of a new type of screen had begun. We are currently in the process of finalizing a new type of patented screen that will remove dust control problems during screening.

The "Sand Storm" was originally designed, researched and manufactured for golf course maintenance use in the removal of unwanted rocks, clays and other debris in your sand trap/bunkers. However, "The Sand Storm" has proven its worth in city park/school playgrounds, beach area communities, as well as assist in gold mining and archeology.

The maintenance and up keep of sand trap/bunkers has always been a costly and time-consuming process.

With the use of the "Sand Storm", which is a 5'x5' vibratory screen on wheels, the maintenance and product (sand) consistency you always wanted has arrived.

The research and development of this product has been brought to fruition by the help of local golf agronomists from Troon North Golf Course and Grayhawk Golf Course of Scottsdale Arizona, to make this product a success in saving valuable time and money in today's budget conscious market.

Many golf courses use the Sand Storm for normal day to day maintenance tune-ups on their sand traps to give their members/customers the very best possible conditions and consistency for those all importants shots.

Other courses are finding it very cost effective in "re-mixing" or recycling their existing sand product for a like new consistency and condition, versus, the hundreds of thousands of dollars in exporting their existing sand out, and importing new sand in.
